The Adams County Department of Job and Family Services offers help with Cash Assistance (OWF), child care, child support, food assistance, healthcare coverage (Medicaid), work support services through the Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC) program, disability assistance, Learning, Earning, and Parenting (LEAP) services for teenage parents, adult protective services, and Medicaid transportation (NET).
Apply on line anytime at: http://jfs.ohio.gov/OFam/index.stm or fill out a "Request for Cash, Food, and Medical Assistance" (JFS7200) form available online or at the county JFS agency.
